Drum enthusiasts rejoice! October saw the first annual STL Drum Show, a sale and swap meet featuring 40+ drum vendors selling vintage and modern drum equipment from across the Midwest.
The event included a booth to buy / sell any used gear local drummers had taking up space, including full kits, snares, cymbals and pretty much anything drum-related. There were also several free drum clinics available throughout the day, raffles, door prizes and food & drink available.
The entire show benefited Play It Forward – STL, an organization dedicated to ensuring each child in St. Louis has the opportunity to discover their own musical talents.
The inaugural STL Drum Show was an awesome success, and while Music Go Round was not a sponsor this year because we unfortunately found out about it too late, we hope to see it continue to grow and will definitely get involved in years to come!
